How the NSW North Coast rated in relation to complaints received by the NSW Division of Local Government in 2012-13:

Ballina Shire Council - 0.66% of total NSW complaints received. Down from 1.53% in 2011-12;
Byron Shire Council - 1.03% of total NSW complaints received. Down from 2.21% in 2011-12;
Clarence Valley Council - 0.66% of total NSW complaints received. Down from 1.02% in 2011-12;
Coffs Harbour City Council - 1.69% of total NSW complaints received. Up from 1.45% in 2011-12;
Kyogle Council – 0.47% of total NSW complaints received. Down from 1.70% in 2011-12;
Lismore City Council - 0.47% of total NSW complaints received. Down from 1.19% in 2011-12;
Richmond Valley Council - 0.37% of total NSW complaints received. Down from 1.53% in 2011-12;
Tweed Shire Council – 6.55% of total NSW complaints received. Up from 1.53% in 2011-12;
